25 Korean Nationals Bus Hostage at the Quirino Grandstand

PSI Rolando Del Rosario Mendoza a dismissed police from the PNP was reported to hostage a bus from Quirino Grandstand with 25 passengers with 23 Korean Nationals. The bus has a kids inside too. Rolando Mendoza is armed with M16 rifle. Rolando Mendoza demanded the PNP to bring him back to the service.
