Paypal said that 2 deposits were made on January 30, but I went there this afternoon to update my passbook and they told me there was no such transaction. I think paypal does not even communicate to banks that are included in their bank code list. The best thing to do is to get the debit card from payoneer then load the money from paypal. @Melissa
