Way back year 2005, I am just like other people who used the Internet just for chatting, downloading MP3’s, playing online games. I never thought about earning money using the Internet .. Until I read an article on How to earn money using the Internet. Since I have a background on Web design and I have a Personal website (my very 1st website hehe). May 2005, I signed up on Adsense and place the Google Adsense codes on my few site pages, and after few days and weeks, I observed that I was only earning $0.02-$0.10 cents a Month. But I didn’t give up.. I didn’t remove my Adsense ads.
After several months. One day, I visited the blog of my friend Sherwin, and found a large number of comments on one of his blog entry (a spoof video of Ulam by Bubble Gang).
Then I start to think “What if, kung gagawa ako ng site na puro Pinoy Lyrics then apply SEO, plus Adsense?”…. Then Pinoy Music Lyrics was born hehe… Everyday I update that blog, applying SEO.
After few weeks the blog generates $0.02-$1.00 per day. Not just lyrics site, I create different niche sites too like Anime, Sports, etc. that also gives me additional cents.
Then month of June before my first Adsense cheque comes.. I got my Google Adsense PIN.
Then after few weeks. I got my very first Google Adsense cheque, My accumulated earnings from Adsense since May 2005 - July 2006.
For those who want to start from using Adsense you should read this. As of now, my adsense income is enough for me, enough to pay my miscellaneous bills, etc., and served as an additional source of income. The secret to earn more on this money making program is not by making multiple sites.
The secret is focus on site traffic and proper placement of Adsense Ads on a webpage. A single blog with a 2,000+ site visitors a day has a potential earning of $8-$15/day. This site gL3nnX.net alone gives me an Adsense income of $0.50 - $3.00 a day. If you have a question, just post your comments. Thanks
