In order to receive your monthly earnings from Google Adsense, you must met their $100 earnings quota. So what to do if you only earn less than $100 on Adsense?
The little adjustments will do the trick. Heres a couple of things you can do:
- Get more site traffic:
You will not earn from Adsense if you don’t have lots of site visitors because they are the one who will click in your ads. And one of the fastest way to attract traffic is by blogging hot topics, current news and events and by applying SEO. Then Search Engines will bring you site visitors. - Blog Template Adjustment:
Traffic doesnt help if your Adsense ads is not exposed with your site visitors. Consider the following Adsense placement from the following blogs.

In addition to ad placement, the colors you use are also important. Once I had decent traffic, I experimented with different background, border, text and link colors until I discovered what clicks (literally). One very good technique I employed was to design several adsense templates and randomly rotated these templates for each visitor by using additional code. Of course, I tracked the performance of each design through channels. In general, blue works best because that’s the universal color for hyperlinks but it all depends on your template. (from Fitz) - Create a New Blog:
If blogging about topics that could give you traffic is not applicable with your blog, then CREATE a new blog. A free one from Blogger.com or create a subdomain under your domain then insert your Adsense code. - If failed…. Team up with other bloggers:
Incase blogging with a high traffic topics doesnt bring you success. Then try to team up with a trusted blogger friends, or a relative or family member bloggers of yours. Share your adsense code with them. Let say you earn $30 a month, if you can find three another trusted bloggers with an average earning of $30 monthly, by using your Adsense account code: All of you can get your individual earnings by tracking on Channels. Just don’t forget to create Channel URL. Then try to divide the income based on your site’s performance.

A very good suggestion. An Adsense Placement is really important in CPC advertising.
But a Publisher should think that Too much Ads will also let your visitors go.

my few cents….
search for a high paying keywords…seo your blog for those keywords… if your blog top the SERP, then visitors will be coming into your blog….
However, you need to optimize the adsense at your blog. Make sure your adsense ads are on the hot spots of your blog.
After that… money showers your pocket.

@Dexter, thanks for the site visit dex.. polluted na ba ng ads blog ko bro?
@Fitz: Yep nandito ka kase maganda ung positioning ng ads mo sa adsense kaya sinama kita sa list hehe. Maganda nga yang pagtatract ng earnings on different template.
@NIlo: So Was? Was!
@Gusher: Hi dude, naisip ko lang yan hehe, na pwede mag share muna ng code para both parties ay makakuha ng kinita nila kahit di umabot sa quota

Hi Glenn
I think the number of ads on your site is fine. Medyo nakakumpol lang pero overall it’s a refreshing theme ^_^
@tip number 4.
Hmm.. well ok ung blogging about current events.. to a point. If malayo na sa niche mo, weigh it out if may long term benefit sya for you (i.e. a fixed duration of traffic) or if it’s better to optimize your site for your prized keywords.

While I myself am starting out to meet that first quota, I still think that one’s readership deserves a clean layout to read your content.
I don’t mean to offend but your blocks of ads in this post alone are simply overwhelming, more in a negative way. I’ll consider your tips, though.

Can you check if my adsense was properly placed in my site? My site has been the number 1 site in Google Search for the key phrase ‘Aspiring Entrepreneur’ but my adsense has not yet reached the $100 minimum pay out. It has been 6 months already.

This is Aspiring Entrepreneur above and this is also my new blog. I already reached $100 after 8 months og blogging. Whew! That’s a hard one. Anyway, I started this blog to provide more quality content on achieving financial freedom and to maximize adsense potential as well.

It sounds like you’re creating problems yourself by trying to solve this issue instead of looking at why their is a problem in the first place
