If you want to know if the link is no follow or not, just hover your mouse to the link and right click and go to properties. If there is a nofollow relation then its a nofollow. if there is none then its follow.

medyo old-fashioned ako, so i believe that the best way to get one way-links is to write good content that other people will link and talk about in their blogs

hehe. nice post. actually, the aim of that post is to educate too, but I rather made in a different tone. natutunan ko kasi, if the tone is kinda negative, mas maraming nagbabasa. hahaha.
