I would like say that Egypt carrying the light to Asia, why? Because they are the one who started and influence the world to construct large temples, tombs and even statues.
And one of greatest construction made from Egypt is the Suez Canal.

It was opened on November 1869, the canal creates a direct water transportation between Europe and Asia without having nagivation around Africa.
As of today, the Suez canal is one of the world's most trafficked shipping lanes.
According to the French sculptor of Statue of Liberty, he designed the statue as a symbol of Egypt carrying the light of Asia. Thanks to Egypt civilization, without them the world will walk on darkness.Labels: History
