Yes its true, Facebook is now allowing Google bots to spider its contents. So whats up if Google will index Facebook? Its not a big treat but if you have a private or embarassing photos, make sure to set your privacy to block the google bots. Check it here.
What will Google indexed from Facebook?
The Facebook private messages will remain private, but the Facebook pages and Wall post and all of your photos will become visible now from Google search engine. But it will took weeks or month to cache all your Facebook profile content.
So watch out for posting private messages on Facebook walls.
The spammers will take advantages of this feature. Personally I setup my Facebook to disallow my friends to post from my Wall. The SEO people will love this.
