I have just heard on news that Philippine’s former president Cory Aquino died of Cardio Respiratory arrest at exactly 3:18am today at the Makati Medical Center. Cory Aquino had been in the hospital since last month, and had been battling with colon cancer since March 2008, that makes her so weak to continue chemotherapy treatment.

Cory Aquino was 76 years old, her son Senator Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III released the following statement today:
